Job Responsibilities
• Customer Support ( Query Handling-Listening and Understanding of Customer’s complaint and have to Provide Suitable Solutions to Customers )
• Provide Company information to the Customer
• Clients Requirement and execute it
• Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
• To Handle customer with effective communication skills.
• To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
