The name of the name, father, mother, husband, wife and guardian of the identity card, birth date, blood group and address may be modified or changed. For this, the applicant will have to apply for the white paper ‘Preparation of voter list with photo and assistance to the national identity card project’. This application can also be done in the format or form available at the project office on the seventh floor of the Islamic Foundation building of Agargaon.

After submitting the form, submit the acknowledgment (received number) from the project counter after submitting it to the specified counters. It will mention the date of the revised national ID card. Within 7 days of this date, the revised ID card from the counter will be taken.
