১০০ নম্বরের নৈর্ব্যক্তিক প্রশ্নপত্রে ন্যূনতম ৪০ নম্বর পেয়ে পাস করেছে ৪৯ হাজার ৪১৩ জন পরীক্ষার্থী। এর মধ্যে ছেলে পরীক্ষার্থী ২২ হাজার ৮৮২ ও মেয়ে পরীক্ষার্থী ২৬ হাজার ৫৩১।
জাতীয় মেধাতালিকার ভিত্তিতে সর্বোচ্চ নম্বরধারীরা সরকারি ৩৬ মেডিকেল কলেজে ও পরবর্তীতে বেসরকারি মেডিকেল কলেজে ভর্তির সুযোগ পাবেন।আজ মঙ্গলবার বিকেলে রাজধানীর মহাখালীর স্বাস্থ্য অধিদফতরের সম্মেলন কক্ষে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ফল ঘোষণা করেন স্বাস্থ্য অধিদফতরের মহাপরিচালক ডা. আবুল কালাম আজাদ। ১০০ নম্বরের ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় সর্বোচ্চ নম্বর পেয়েছেন একজন ছেলে শিক্ষার্থী, তার প্রাপ্ত নম্বর ৯০ দশমিক ৫। মেয়েদের মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ নম্বর পেয়েছেন ৮৯।নতুন পদ্ধতিতে গত শুক্রবার দেশব্যাপী একযোগে ১৯টি কেন্দ্রের ৩২টি ভেন্যুতে ২০১৯-২০ শিক্ষাবর্ষে এমবিবিএস ভর্তি পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।এ বছর ৩৬টি সরকারি মেডিকেল কলেজে চার হাজার ৬৮ আসন ও ৭০টি বেসরকারি মেডিকেল কলেজে ছয় হাজার ৩৩৬ আসনসহ ১০ হাজার ৪০৪টি আসনের বিপরীতে ৬৯ হাজার ৪১০ জন ভর্তিচ্ছু শিক্ষার্থী ভর্তি পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করেন।
স্বাস্থ্য অধিদফতর জানায়, আগে আট পৃষ্ঠা থাকলেও এ বছর মাত্র দুই পৃষ্ঠার প্রশ্ন ও উত্তরপত্রে পরীক্ষার্থীদের পরীক্ষা নেয়া হয়। তবে প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর প্রশ্নপত্র ছিল ভিন্ন।
