There is a big change in the recruitment rules of head teacher and assistant teacher in government primary school. The draft of new recruitment rules has been drafted by the provision of change in the educational qualifications of the recruiters, in different areas of age, the Primary Education Department (DPE) has drafted. According to sources, there are five major changes in the new rules. There are separate educational qualifications for men and women in the 2013 Employment Regulations. Assistant teacher posts are graduates for men and higher secondary passes for women. But in the new rules, educational qualification has been proposed for both male and female graduate teachers. However, 60 percent quota for women will continue.
