Job Description / Responsibility
- Handling of B2B and corporate clients.
- Candidates have to make Phone calls to US/AUSTRALIA for sell/Service.
- Process and follow up timely and effective services to local and overseas customers.
- Prompt to respond customer inquiries and requests (via telephone, chat and email communications) as and when required.
- Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information and docomeents to the customer via mail, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Perform every call actively to solve client’s problem.
- Report time to time to Supervisor for complicated issues.
- Quick respond to customer inquiry with quality communication over email and live chat.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive email communication.
- Understand customer requirements and expectations for service.
- Development and Implementation of sales & marketing plan for the Company.
- Follow up company sales, marketing and promotional activities.
- To maintain liaison with all clients.
- Any other works deemed necessary for smooth functioning of routine office work.

- A LEVEL / O LEVEL / Graduate
- Diploma / Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
- Graduated from or Studding at Reputed Universities.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good command on Phone/ email correspondence and writing/ speaking in English.
- Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking LIKE NATIVE.
- Basic computer knowledge. Humble, smart, no drug addiction at all, honest, with good attitude & punctual.
- Customer Service / Marketing Experience in Call Center or Different Corporate Houses.
- Able to speak clearly and persuasively in both English and Bangla in positive or negative situations.
- Professional Communication skill over the phone with customers in an appropriate approach.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for Communication strategies.
- Tech-friendly, good command on computer with decent typing speed/accuracy.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
