Applications are invited from international students for the British Chevening Scholarship 2021-2022 session. Chevening offers a unique opportunity to future leaders, influential people and decision makers around the world. Where they can develop professionally, educationally, networking extensively, gain experience about UK culture and build long lasting positive relationships with the UK.
The Chevening Scholarship is a UK Government Global Scholarship Program, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organizations. These scholarships are usually awarded to outstanding scholars with leadership qualities who have the opportunity to earn a master’s degree in any subject from any university in the UK.
Scholarships are awarded each year to about 600 students from more than 110 countries. Through which students from developing countries get the opportunity to study in British educational institutions. These educational institutions include leading international universities.
The most popular educational institutions for Shavening Scholars in 2021 are the London School of Economics and Political Science, University College London, and Oxford, Cambridge, Edinburgh, the University of Nottingham, the University of Bath and King’s College London.
The benefits of the Chevening Scholarship are usually: –
University tuition fees.
Travel expenses to and from the UK.
Visa application costs.
Travel allowance for attending Chevening events in the UK.
Eligibility of application
Must be a citizen of any country covered by the Chevening Scholarship. Bangladesh is among these countries.
You must return home within a minimum of two years of receiving the Chevening Scholarship.
Must have completed all undergraduate studies.
Must have at least two years of work experience.
Those who receive the scholarship must apply for three different university courses in the UK by 15 July 2021.
