Over 6 lakh poor students will get stipends this year at higher secondary level this year. 40% of students and 10% of the students will be given this year’s interest in the two installments. According to the sources, the ‘Higher Secondary Stage Project’ was launched under the Ministry of Education in 2014 to curb the storms of poor students across the country and to reduce pressure on the family. Through this project, stipends for poor students have been given for the last few years. Although the project expired in July 2007, the second period was extended for two more years.
